The Ai32 is a Modbus Analog Input Module with 32 Analog Input Channels on board. The inputs can be jumper configured to read 0-5V signals, 0/4-20mA signals, Thermistor temperature sensors, or Dry Contact Closures in low speed switching applications. The Ai32 converts any analog signals into a 10-bit value between 0-1024.

The Ai32 can communicate with a higher level control system via Modbus RTU over RS485. The units are also accessible over IP/Ethernet by using the BarioNet I/O Gateway, which communicates with up to 8 of the modules concurrently and exposes all of the input values via HTTP, TCP, or ModbusTCP.
